Can I administer the soft laser myself?
Yes, our rental system is specially designed for home therapy and allows you to treat yourself with the soft laser.
How do I administer the soft laser?
The package comes equipped with coherent instruction cards on the following topics: therapy procedures, operation of the device, safety instructions, and treatment recommendations. Please feel free to call us if you have any questions.
How long does the entire treatment (of sore nipples) with the soft laser take?
The duration of the treatment depends on the person to whom it is applied. Therefore, it is difficult to predict how much time the soft laser therapy will take, in general. Several factors can play a role, such as your wound healing capability or the number of times you treat yourself with the soft laser. In the case of sore nipples, the treatment length is on average 10 days
How does your company work out my rental period?
We determine your rental period on the basis of the postmark on the parcel you receive and the postmark on return parcel. The day on which the parcel is delivered to you before 1:00 p. m. counts as the first payable day. The day when you return the parcel with our return label counts as the last payable day.
For how long can I rent the soft laser and how will I be charged?
You can keep the soft laser as long as you want. You will be charged after you have completed the therapy. As soon as we have reobtained the soft laser and it has been reconditioned, you will receive your invoice by email.
What do I do if I don't feel any improvement?
Call us or write us an email. Together we will find a good solution!

How will the soft laser be delivered to my home?
Since we are a small company that offers its services throughout Austria, we cannot manage the delivery ourselves.
How long will it take until I receive my soft laser parcel after placing an order?
Bestellungen, die an Werktagen (Mo- Fr) bis 11:30 Uhr bei uns eingehen, werden noch am selben Tag versandt. Mit Post Express wird Ihnen der Softlaser bereits am nächsten Tag bis 13.00 Uhr zugestellt. An Samstagen und Sonntagen kann nicht versendet werden!
How do I send the soft laser back?
A prepaid, self-adhesive return label is included in the parcel. If you want to return the laser, simply stick the return label over the shipping label on the box and drop the parcel at one of the following locations: post office counter or post office self-service points (Post SB).
How is the rental period of the soft laser calculated?
The first payable day is the day of delivery or the day of attempted delivery, provided that this takes place before 01:00 p. m. Otherwise, the following day is considered the first payable day. The last payable day is the day on which the package is returned with our return label.
